This Privacy Policy describes how John Summit LLC (referred to herein as "us," "we," "our" and "Company") treat information we collect from or about you in connection with our sites, services, or otherwise where this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced (the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understand, and acknowledge the terms of this Privacy Policy, and agree to our Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

Marketing emails. To stop receiving promotional emails, follow the instructions in any message you receive from us or email us using the contact details in Section 11. We will still send transactional messages even if you opt out.
Cookies and tracking tools. Your browser may give you the ability to control certain cookies and tracking tools. Blocking cookies may cause certain features on our Platform to stop working.
We may use third party analytics tools such as Google Analytics. You can learn about opt-outs at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also visit aboutads.info/choices and optout.privacyrights.info to opt out of certain uses of cookies for advertising purposes. Cookie-related selections are specific to the device and browser you are using.
Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to "do not track" browser signals.
Privacy Rights
If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us once per year if we have disclosed personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, email us or write to the address in Section 11 and indicate you are a California resident making a "Shine the Light" inquiry.
Certain jurisdictions provide additional privacy rights to residents that may be exercised by contacting us using the details in Section 11. We may deny certain requests and will explain why and how to appeal our decision, to the extent required by applicable law.
Children
Our Platform and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details in Section 11.
Platform Hosting
Our Platform is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, note that United States laws may not provide the same level of protections as those in your own country. By accessing our Platform from outside the United States, you understand, consent, and agree that we may transfer your personal information to the United States. We may also process, share, transfer, and store personal information on servers located in other countries.
Security
The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be completely safe, and any transmission of your data to our Platform is at your own risk. We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by law.
Third Party Links
If you click on a link to a third party site, you will be taken to a website we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of that website. We are not responsible for third party websites or their policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site that collects your personal information.
